Reflecting on my journey from India to a fulfilling life in the USA, I realized the irreplaceable value of education, echoing my grandmother's belief that knowledge is a treasure that cannot be taken away. This realization sparked a desire to contribute beyond monetary donations, especially to support underserved children. My search during the Covid lockdown led me to eVidyaloka, drawn by their mission and remote volunteering opportunities. Engaging with the children and coordinators through remote sessions was profoundly moving, offering a sense of deep connection and fulfillment. Motivated by this experience, I initiated a fundraiser with DocuSign, leveraging their matching contributions. Our efforts led to significant donations across two events, supporting eVidyaloka's mission to empower rural education. This journey has been incredibly rewarding, thanks to the support of everyone.
